Grapes varieties: 70% Semillon, 20% Sauvignon and 10% Muscatel – Vineyard management: goblet pruning – Harvesting: hand-made, selective picking of botrytised grapes -Yield: 20 hl/ha – Winemaking: traditional winemaking in temperature-controlled stainless steel thank - Maturing: 18 month in oak barrels only for Château Quincarnon "La chêneraie". Other brand: Château le Pape.
